Stor Heat Pumps was founded in 2021 with the aim to provide the highest quality installations of Heat Pump Systems along with the long term support of service and maintenance of these systems for the client for a number of years after. Since then, we have successfully and continue to deliver multiple installations across the UK.

Our Team have over 40 years combined experience in the renewables industry.

We are the sister company to Baxter Heat Pumps a service & maintenance partner for all leading major brands of heat pumps.

We are the market leader for design and installation of Ground Source, Air Source & Exhaust Air Heat Pump systems in the South West of England.

For new build properties and renovation projects we also offer design and installation of underfloor heating systems. We are able to integrate the design of separate renewable energy technologies with the heat pump to achieve a high-performance renewable package for the property.

All our projects meet and exceed industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations.

Our head office is based on Heathfield Industrial Estate Newton Abbot. We cover all the South West of England including Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Except for ground works, everything is done by our own staff. We have in house capability for project design including schematics, layouts, energy statements etc. We also have our own in house team of installers for plumbing and electrical work.

We take pride in always giving our clients honest advice on what is the best solution for their property, both from a technical and financial point of view.

We use high performing products from well-established manufacturers. Over the years we have developed relations with preferred manufacturing partners supplying us with high quality products at preferential prices and warranties. We will always recommend products with solid performance at competitive prices.

Nibe is based in Sweden and it is the leading manufacturer of heat pumps in Europe producing over 50,000 heat pumps per year. They were established over 70 years ago and have yearly sales exceeding two billion pounds. Stor Heat Pumps is Nibe’s leading installer for heat pumps in the South West of England.
